The family room we had was super spacious, perfect for our little ones! 🛏️ Breakfast had a fantastic variety, but the seating arrangement can get a bit cramped. Perhaps they could improve the check-in process too!

We had such a lovely time in a family room with a spacious balcony perfect for relaxing. The hotel has an awesome indoor pool and a great spa area where we could unwind after a day exploring. Just a heads up, the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but it didn't put a damper on our experience! 😊

Engaging kids’ activities and lovely pool area.

The family room had a lot of space, perfect for our kids. The balcony overlooked the lush pine trees, making our mornings feel special. The spa area impressed us with its various saunas and a good-sized indoor pool, where we spent hours relaxing after our beach trips. Breakfast was varied with local flavors, but I wish there had been a better selection of fresh fruits. One morning, we faced a rush, making it hard to find seats. Also, the coffee options were limited to thermoses, so no cappuccinos or fresh brews. I encountered an issue when we wanted to access the outdoor pool. it was chaotic because of the kids playing wildly. Unfortunately, other guests sometimes disrupted the peaceful environment. Most annoyingly, during our last night, I found that the minibar needed to be unlocked each time, leading to frustrating delays. While staff were generally polite, their experience level seemed inconsistent, affecting both check-in and dining service. The restaurant space felt overcrowded at certain times, making dining less enjoyable. We also had trouble getting room service swiftly. With these points in mind, I think the hotel had the potential to be great but fell short of that during our stay.

The pool area can feel chaotic, as it's often overrun with kids, making it difficult to relax or swim. Additionally, the breakfast service can be disorganized, with limited seating and a wait for tables to be cleaned, and the lack of drink options when peak hours hit is frustrating, especially when there's no way to get a coffee or drinks before 11:00 a.m. The absence of drinking water in the room is also a glaring miss for a hotel in this category. Finally, parking options can be scarce, adding to the inconvenience during busier periods.

lielupe hotel spa & conferences by semarah was very clean and comfortable. the breakfast offered a great variety, so everyone can find something they like. the pool and sauna area were great additions to our stay! it's perfectly located, just a short walk to the beach. also, we really enjoyed the outside pool during our visit.
